Terms of Service for Rust 8 RCE

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rust 8 RCE ("Bot"). This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") under which you may use the Bot. By accessing or using Rust 8 RCE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Service Description

Rust 8 RCE is a Discord Bot that facilitates API connections from Discord to Rust Console Edition. All available commands and features are designed exclusively to interact with Rust Console Edition functionalities.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Fee: Rust 8 RCE is available on a subscription basis at a rate of $12 per month.

Payment Terms: By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee in advance.

Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable. In the event you wish to cancel your subscription, you must wait until the end of your current monthly subscription period before discontinuing use of the Bot.

4. User Conduct and Eligibility

User Responsibility: Users are expected to use Rust 8 RCE in a manner consistent with its intended purpose. There are no specific age restrictions imposed by these Terms; however, users must comply with Discord’s own policies and guidelines.

Prohibited Behavior: Any actions that spread rumors regarding Rust 8 or any conduct that could harm the reputation of Rust 8 or associated entities (including GPortal) may result in termination of access to the Bot.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, Rust 8 RCE is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any service interruptions, even though we commit to minimizing such occurrences.

Liability Disclaimer: Under no circumstances shall Rust 8 RCE or its affiliates be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.
• Any damage or loss resulting from service downtime, including but not limited to any adverse impact on Rust Console events.
• Any damage or loss if your Rust Server is compromised or destroyed by another user using the Bot (even if that user had appropriate access).

No Warranties: The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Changes to the Bot: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.

Amendments to the Terms: Any changes to these Terms will be announced via our official Discord server. Continued use of the Bot after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Rust 8 RCE at our discretion, including, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

• If you are blacklisted from using the Bot.
• If you spread rumors regarding Rust 8.
• If you are banned from GPortal.

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Bot immediately, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

8. Third-Party Services

Rust 8 RCE does not currently incorporate any third-party services or APIs beyond its integration with Discord and Rust Console Edition. As such, there are no additional disclaimers or terms regarding third-party services at this time.

9. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rust 8 RCE regarding your use of the Bot and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the use of the Bot. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction as determined by Rust 8 RCE.
